ACEC Virginia provides members the opportunity to grow professionally and earn required Professional Development Hours. Our members can earn up to 12 Professional Development Hours at the Virginia Engineers Conference. Professional Development Hours are also offered at other conferences.

ACEC Virginia's Emerging Leaders Institute helps grow future leaders of member firms. Through sessions on human relations, business development, leading teams, strategic planning, networking and more, the Emerging Leaders Institute prepares future leaders for their leadership roles in the coming years. The Institute gives rising leaders a chance to learn how to grow a successful engineering business. Candidates for the Emerging Leaders Institute are recommended by their firm's leaders.

Connect with industry leaders and important business pointers over lunchtime webinars. Our lunchtime webinars give members a chance to hear and interact with industry leaders and guest speakers without leaving their office. Via computer audio conference, you can stay at your desk or attend a webinar in your firm's conference room as experts and industry leaders give you pointers to advance your career and build your business.

ACEC's business education series was developed in partnership with the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and is specifically geared towards ACEC Virginia members.
